    1. Booked on line for Litli Geysir Hotel. When checked in we were told we have been sent to another building Hotel Geysir. 2.Booked and paid for "breakfast included". But when we checked in at Hotel Geysir the receptionist said their computer system does not show "breakfast is included". We need to pay another 35 euro for each person. Showed him the confirmation paper when I booked the hotel, he understand the breakfast was included in the booking but still insist that their computer do not have it. 3 The room looks good but found few spiders have build their home at the cornner of window, Photo attached.

    The photos on Agoda are totally misleading and showed a new building. When we showed up, we were told to go to an older building down the road. The room looked nothing like the photos on our booking. We booked a mountain view room, and our room did not have one. The staff said this regularly happens and isn’t their fault, but Agoda informed me the hotel uploaded the photos. To this, this hotel said they’re being scammed by Agoda. I don’t know what to make of the situation but in the end we, as guests, were the losers as we did not receive what was shown in the booking photos. No rectification or compensation was offered.
