    Our experience was not good, Receptionist people are rude and so are the few workers who come to attend in room for any complaints. There was a bad drainage smell coming from bathroom. They aren’t prompt in giving basic things like water bottles. We had to call them and get it. No handwash gel available. When enquired they told that we have to manage with medimix soap. Then coming to TV, remote was not working on day 1. We highlight the issue no one came. After 10:30 pm, one guy visited and he had problems to even answer our basic queries. When asked repeatedly, he told I will get other remote but never bothered to return. On day 2 we complained again , then other remote came. If you are charging 3.5 K/night for triple room then we expect basic amenities to be functionality and promptness in service and not unnecessary attitude as if yours is only hotel available in the vicinity. The images appeared good on Agoda, however, reality was something different.

    Stay was not so good. AC cooling was not up to the mark. I reached at hotel around 10 PM and on the road itself one arrogant person stopped my car and asked nasty question like do you have booking ? from which portal? how many people you are ? how many room you have booked etc? question seems to be normal but that was not the place to ask . we havent turned off my car and he started counting members in my car which was little disappointed . later at the reception , he demanded 500 INR extra for one person . becasue our booking was for four people and we were 5 people . I was okay to pay more but before I say anything , he started giving me lecture on why we charge extra for person . he should first wait before explaning things. we cheked in and we noticed that even after paying , they didnt provide us extra matress . I asked that person again , he rudely replied dont ask me , ask reception . I suggest to hotel that despite of having good infrastructure , you are reducing your respect by keeping staff like rude . person at reception were nice , he wont charged us for extra 1 hour late check out.

    In agoda web site check out mentioned as 24 Hrs ,after reaching Hotel they refused to stay 24Hrs and it will be 12 Hrs . Whether it wrongly mentioned in Agoda or Hotel cheat us ,however we are getting problem due after long drive not get proper rest .Room not clean and sophisticated.The lift facility is available from 1st floor not from parking lot,because of that my physically challenged parents not entire inside the hotel very difficult to bring them inside the room .
