I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel, especially with the night room-service team. When I called room service, the call was picked up in a frustrated and unprofessional manner. During the call, someone from the team used abusive language while referring to my room number. When I questioned the person, he denied it, but I was confident that he was the same person who had spoken on the call. His name was Ankit. I went to the desk to raise the complaint, but instead of receiving a proper response, I was told, “Ab kya kar sakte hain sir, main uski complaint karunga.” This response did not make me feel that my concern was being taken seriously. The overall behaviour of the night staff appeared extremely casual and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I ordered **Chilli Potato** through room service but received **Chilli Paneer** instead. This made me seriously question the level of attention and coordination among the night staff. The management needs to seriously look into the night-shift operations, staff behaviour, room-service communication and order accuracy. Guests should never experience abusive language, careless service or such an unprofessional attitude, especially in a hotel environment. I strongly recommend that management investigate this incident and provide proper training and supervision to the night staff. This experience was completely unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is really good and cooperative. However, the hotel says there's an issue with their Agoda partnership that's why Agoda shows an amount much lower than they can afford to give a room for. So, you'd have to figure that out with Agoda and the hotel staff.

Mattress was very uncomfortable, and staff demanded extra money.

Agoda give me deal price but the hotel staff decline check in for that price and i have to give addition the same price i paid on agoda ... also room is not worth 4000 rupees
