    First, Agoda has not sent my booking to the property. It will took nearly 1 and half hour to settle. All property is without AC. TV was not working in all days of stay, in the room alloted, C2. Room was not cleaned in my whole stay. Bottled Water was not provided. Shortage of staff, Resturant service was very slow, Once ordered, I got my food after 1 and half hour,. Never recommend, I wonder, why this property was Agoda approved. Please Beware

    Some manager gupta was too rude, not even picking calls and demanding extra money and ruining our trip. Even when we reached no one picked even a single call and the way towards the hotel was horrible and at night not even a single light was there and no staff was picking the call even Gupta after calling more than 10 times did not picked the call at midnight and sent staff to our room to argue. Even was screaming on the call talking bullshit about hospitality. Never ever trust this hotel and staff.
