    Problem is not with hotel, problem is agoda itself. They don't pay the hotel, booked 3 rooms. For one booking paid *** however agoda paid only *** to hotel. For other booking, paid *** but agoda paid *** only.

    Hotel is good, service boys are good as well. Problem is with agoda. Paid full amount of 3764 whereas agoda paid only 1615 to hotel initially. Hence hotel was not agreed to provide the room. Future onward try to book hotel directly, not using agoda
