I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable. I had a problem with self check-in as I could not apply my d.o.b. I called the office and Anna did it for me when I sent a copy of my passport. I only stayed for one night but this isn't long enough to explore this city and the surrounding towns. I would definitely stay here again as the location is very good for the station and the old quarter plus the sea is just a few minutes away. Very good water pressure in the shower and the wifi was very fast. 5 stars. Thank you

The rooms and toilet are clean. Self check in can get a bit confusing. The kitchen is very lacking and could use an update. There is no common area, and they don't have any solutions for baggage storage. All in all this place is decent for a night's sleep, and clean and quiet but nothing more. I think it doesnt justify the price 😊

Good location, about 13 minutes walking to Bari Centrale. The kitchen needs improvement and more items, like spoons for example. No staff there, everything monitored by cameras. I liked my female dorm. Unfortunately the door can’t be closed tight and one Italian guest in his mid 50s was talking loudly until after midnight on a video call in the kitchen without door. All hostel could hear him and nobody was able to sleep. Then around 1:30am he was fighting with another guest, and this woken up all of us again.

Unlike the centrale location, this one disnt have squatters, not noticeable ones anyway. However, there i no where to store your things and the only closet is locked and only used for like 2 cleaning supplies. At least you dont have to pass the homeless people to get to the toilet.. Oh, and the doors don't close fully so the corridor can be loud. The photos are fake or horribly outdated, no curtains and the air con will randomly wake you up throughout the night due to how loud it is.
Also, there was an issue with someone claiming another woman's bed so the manager was called over. During the long time he was there ae frenchies were chatting loudly in the kitchen and playing videos past midnight hours. He was asked if they're allowed to be that loud and he said he would tell them to be quiet. Needless to say he didn't do a fake exit or nothing so the franchise continued being loud. That with the fact that the doors don't close properly made for a horrible night. Way to keep stereotypes alive, guys.
If you can afford to, just pay another 10euros for another place where you can get a private room cause this is a miserable company
