    terrible experience. no cleaning at all. all claims on this site are fake. photo were taken when hotel was new. now its very unclean and smelling like shit inside the room. bedsheet and comforter had blood stains and semen stains on it. the only reason i didn't complaint to front office staff as they looked like gang members. hence i stayed quite. i dont want risk myself talking about the owner...bit u get the point...overall terrible experience

    I booked this hotel for our business purpose and it's also nearby from Ambernath MIDC so I think this is best in budget

    A small hotel slightly diffcult to reach because of ongoing road works. Mostly used as a day hotel for young couples seeking privacy. Rooms are neat and clean with big bathrooms. Did not try the in house dining but menu was large with lot of variety including non veg options. Breakfast is not available but easily ordered through online apps like Zomato.

    I booked 2 days when we enter 1st room that was very durty smelling the curtains war dilurty then they shifted me another room that room wardrobe have no handal and the washroom also no handal if some one staying alone that room he will die there and geyser also not working next morning i told rhemi want to take shower please come and check the hk gay tellin me if u want to take bath go next to your room and take there shower then I told housekeeping staff i want another bedsheet he is saying me madam extra bedsheets nahi hai agar apko de diya to hum dusre room mai kya dalenge so and so the next day afternoon I ordered food around 1.20 and I called then 2 time and the reception man telling me madam half an hour lagega I told him I ordered food 1 hour before still i didn't get he said I checking after that by 3.30 l left hotel because of this ridiculous behavior please if u have money go other hotel not apratim hotel I will not going again this hotel horebal experience 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 and yes agoda please mention truth what wil get in hotel because in this hotel there is no kettle no hair dryer
