Great rooms, food and service. Location is superb and accessible. Special mention to Mr. Zahoor for being an incredible host. Overall hospitality was unmatched.

Nice location, good food, good service, great hospitality.

It was our family trip. We took two rooms. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was really good. We could order according to our preference. They prepared it fresh. My special thanks goes to the staff and cooks. They are very helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning but they managed to pack our breakfast even before 7am (on request). Dinner was also up to the expectations (with extra payment). There is one boutique just downstairs with lots of beautiful Kashmiri handicrafts. If one is in a hurry, they can spend some time there and buy some memories. The owner Mr. Atsar is a very nice person. It is just beside the road so the location is great, especially when one travels with old parents.

The refrigerator in both rooms were not functioning properly. But it was possible to store our ice cream the the kitchen refrigerator.

The hotel is located very near to the Delhi metro which gives you good access to many parts of Delhi without having to face travelling by car.

The room was a bit dark, despite the 27 light switches and the bed was too soft for our liking. The breakfast was adequate but a bit spartan.
