booked this property for two days, but after booking, I was informed that they could not provide the same accommodation for the entire stay. They said they would arrange one night at a *** property and the second night somewhere else. This was never communicated before I made the booking. The promised amenities were also not properly provided, and the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Instead of resolving the issue, they told us to cancel the booking—while knowing that cancellation would result in no refund. This is completely unfair. If the property cannot honour a confirmed two-day booking as advertised, they should cancel it themselves and provide a full refund. Customers should not be pressured into cancelling and losing their money because of the property’s failure to provide the booked accommodation. Very disappointing service, poor communication, and unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend this property.

It's actually a scam. They show photos of karma royale residency which is at a walkable distance from this particular stay. They give us a padlock to lock the door. They don't provide you water. No towels were found in the washroom. No soaps/body wash, shampoo nothing. On top of that, the room wasn't tidy. Please don't get missguided seeing all these photos and amenities provided in this app. The taxi drivers will take you to the karma royale because you won't be able to see this building since they are giving the karma royale photos. And when you try to call them from there you won't be able to connect. There is a flux given beside this building in which 3 contact numbers are given. But it says out of service.
