    After booking before making payment, contact owner and check the facilities. Booked for AC room, given non-ac and many more incorrect information displayed. This has resulted into price paid more than Booked for.

    Agoda shared incorrect information of property. Please call property before making payment Booked for AC while given non AC. Agoda has stated all rooms AC. Incorrect information leads to wrong property selection. Do not trust Agoda. Other items which Agoda given on website but missing : Free water, bathtub, Duplex room, toiletries. Addition person differ with website mentioned for 2 adults and 3 adults. Meals: Thalipeeth for breakfast and non veg food, we all liked it. Small size Pool with 8 single rooms. Party AC and party non AC rooms. Hospitality is nice. Distance to boating is 12 Km.

    We booked two poolside rooms a week in advance through Agoda, but on arrival only one was available. The staff told us we should have called to confirm, even though our booking was prepaid. They later gave us another room, calling it an upgrade, but it was basically the same as a standard room and not what we had booked. On top of that, we were asked for an extra ₹1000 deposit at check-in (which was later repaid), but the rooms were really unclean and felt like they hadn’t been properly cleaned after the last guests. Parking was also not available, which was never mentioned beforehand. Overall, the stay was disappointing and far below expectations.

    1. Booked from Agoda and still asking for deposits 2. Electric backup not working 3. Water leakage on floor to risky for kids 4. Galley is not properly covered. Risky for small kids 5. No usual check in and checkout timing. 6. No 4 wheeler parking available.
