    This was one of the worst and most upsetting hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked two rooms for my stay, trusting that the hotel would provide a clean and safe environment. Unfortunately, both rooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all—there were stains on the walls and inside the toilet bowl, and cockroaches were flying around the room. It was frightening and disgusting to stay in such conditions. The situation became even worse when I slipped and fell in the bathroom due to the slippery and unsafe floor. I injured my leg badly and was unable to walk properly for several days. Because of this injury, our trip was completely ruined, and we had to cancel most of the places we planned to visit. What was supposed to be a happy trip turned into pain, stress, and disappointment. The behavior of the staff made everything even more heartbreaking. The room attendants and cleaners openly expected tips, and when we did not give them money, they scolded us using rude and abusive words. Instead of helping us during a difficult situation, they treated us with disrespect and hostility. I felt uncomfortable, helpless, and completely unvalued as a guest. This hotel caused us physical injury, emotional stress, and a ruined holiday. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Please think carefully before choosing to stay here. I will never return to this hotel.
