    Had a wonderful stay at this heritage property. The location is bang next to the Mall Road & is walking distance to the Railway station & all good wating joints. The property itself is huge & is located at a height thereby giving a good birdseye view of the city. Food & service was fabulous & they do a candle light dinner which is a must do. All in all a great experience

    Pros: - Staff was sweet and nice to some extent. - Beautiful property. - I lost my charger, they gave it back. Cons: - They were slow. - Delayed replies. - Instead of extra beds, I would have booked an extra room. They replied next day and we already used extra beds for one day. I checked that good rooms were available there in less than 3 extra beds price. - Number of staff people seemed less. - Breakfast was below average based on 4 star property. - We booked 4 super deluxe rooms and only one was big. Others were small. Images are misleading. - Front desk person told on call that I would get extra beds in 2400rs for 2 nights. When I confirmed in WhatsApp chat, he didn't reply. I will paste the ss also. - Manager was little rude. I heard him talking bad about us with his staff. - delayed service. We had to call them again and again to put extra beds. And there were other such instances as well. - rooms were dirty. There was smell as well. - no exhaust fans in the washrooms.
