    Hotel Sonotel Dhanbad is a comfortable and well-maintained property with courteous staff and good overall service. Rooms are clean and the stay was pleasant. The only drawback is the location, as the hotel is situated inside a mall, which may not appeal to everyone. Apart from that, a good experience overall.

    Toilet comod flush was not working . Having problem with AC. Television was not recharge. Things got corrected after several complain and a long wait. Breakfast tables were not cleaned and after several complain still they did not clean well. Receptionist was irritating my stay was pre approved and booked even after confirming with hotel many times we went there and she was keep telling there is no booking even after got a conformation from hotel we went there. Overall receptionist and other staff was annoying. Full waste of money and time. Useless service frustrated a lot. Made all this complain to the representative the receptionist was not willing to listen and she gave a tore piece of feedback paper. Completely valueless service and no respect at all.
