    We had the worst experience ever at Honeyberg resort in Hyderabad. The reception staff was completely unhelpful. The room allocated to us was not prepared before we checked in. The towels were filthy dirty, there were no complimentary toiletries offered, and even drinking water was only provided when we asked for it (that too only two 500 ml bottles were given even though we stayed for 2 nights). The guards or staff did not even carry our suitcase from the reception to our rooms. Other guests who were waiting for checkin at the reception had similar experiences. The only good feature of the resort was the manager of the spa (a very friendly person who went out of his way to help us during check-in and also during our stay - although it was not part of his responsibilities). Overall the place is a disaster. Best avoided!
