The shower is located in an internal room with no ventilation and had a constant unpleasant smell throughout the stay.
The building access is very inconvenient: the entrance is on the 3rd floor and on the 8th floor, the apartment is on the 10th floor (the elevator is just to 9th floor), and the ski equipment room is on the 6th floor, which made daily use uncomfortable and impractical.
Communication with the apartment owner was very difficult. Although we eventually managed to resolve the issues after a large amount of messaging, it required a lot of time and effort during our vacation. I must also mention that at one point, in an aggressive manner, the owner took the apartment keys from us and left the apartment unlocked for an entire day. This seriously endangered all the expensive equipment we had inside. Only after a full day did she apologize and return the keys.
There is no oven in the apartment, which was very noticeable and inconvenient for cooking.
The bedding was very basic and uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely simple and not pleasant to use.
Overall, this is a very low-standard apartment that required us to spend a significant part of our vacation dealing with communication and issues instead of enjoying our stay. Although everything was eventually resolved after a lot of effort, it significantly impacted the overall experience and enjoyment of our holiday
