Location, the place was stocked with all the amenities needed and more
The only thing I would say maybe just the check in time to a little earlier in the day

Tennis courts are very nice and underutilized. Condos are close to everything, and a car is rarely used unless you leave the area. Condo was clean and comfortable with the kitchen being well stocked.
If you have an issue after hours, forget it. We were locked out of the room 3 times before they had someone come and replace the keypad. The first time it happened; we were on hold for over 40 minutes at 10:00 at night and once someone answered, they were of no help, and this happened 3 different nights! It turns out they use an answering service which can only relay the message to someone that actually can help. On the third night, a supervisor showed up and told us that the lock was indeed broke and would be replaced. We found out after, that this had happened in the past at this unit. Also, an umbrella should be supplied instead of them tell us that we could rent one.
