El alojamiento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Alexandrian está pendiente en todo momento y responde con rapidez a las consultas. Si tengo que volver a Londres, este será mi alojamiento de referencia. Muchas gracias Alexandrian por tu hospitalidad!

El anfitrión tuvo el detalle de dejarnos cápsulas de café y leche en la nevera, también galletas y sales de baño por si queríamos darnos un baño. Estaba todo muy limpio, que es algo que me gusta y me da confianza para estar cómodos. También había gel, champú, etc y además cepillos de dientes por si alguien se olvida, la verdad es que muchos detalles. La calefacción espectacular, daba gusto llegar.

Lo único que al entrar nos dio un poco de olor a humedad (aunque a lo mejor fue por estar cerrado, porque los siguientes días no pasó) y las llaves de la luz tanto del baño como del pasillo también mejorables.

Good location, with easy access to everywhere we needed to be. Quiet area. Clean.

Arrived late in the evening and found apartment was boiling hot. Radiators and the bathroom towel rail were blasting out heat. We were able to turn down radiators and cool things by opening windows, but it took a while and we couldn't do anything about the towel rail: the control didn't seem to work, so the rail continued to be boiling hot for our whole stay. We coped by keeping the bathroom door shut and suffering the heat when in there: it was so hot that it was heating the whole flat way too high just on its own if left open at all. I tried to contact the owner by text plus an email via booking.com, but no answer to the text when I tried to ring it just said 'it has not been possible to connect your call'. Obviously we couldn't go out leaving ground floor windows open in London, so on returning to the flat the next evening had to do it all again. Also could not use TV: finally worked out how to turn it on, but then it needed a PIN, which we didn't have. No towels left out: had to find them in a cupboard. On having to look in cupboards we had to look through what felt like personal things (ie just to find towels) and there were damp towels drying in airing cupboard, plus some food items where we weren't sure if they were left for us or not (we didn't use, in case). Overall felt rather like we were invading someone else's space. To be fair, on returning home I found that the owner had sent some messages on booking.com but for some reason these were viewable only on my laptop – which I did not have with me – and not on my phone. These explained how to use the TV, explained the heating system, and explained the food, but seemed to say nothing much we could do about the heat except open windows: nothing about how to sort out the towel rail problem. So they did respond to us. But not to text/call.
