The bathroom very clean, but there’s a smell coming from the air conditioner, seems it has not been cleaned for a long time, laundry facilities very good , free washing and drying facilities, 24 hour concierge, very convenient, location perfectly close to MTR station and Mall which has a lot of restaurants and drug stores, Macdonalds near by ! recommended for second time stay , great thing is they have a microwave in the room and a common area for cooking is you are staying for business or monthly stay

One of the most pleasant stays we’ve had in Hong Kong! The location is fantastic — just a 3-minute walk to the MTR station and shopping mall, with an excellent and convenient public transport network nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always doing their best to provide great support throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong!

I very often stay at Shama Southside. It's clean, well run and very convenient with easy covered access to the MTR. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The gym, washing machines and kitchen are all handy and adequate. The decor is a little bit sterile for my taste but it's great value and comfortable. Kind of what you need if you don't want to spend a fortune in HK. I like it. Recommend.
