    The hotel was unsafe, had an unpleasant odor, and the room was too small for a group of four. We were also uncertain about the cleanliness standards of the room and the bedding provided. Additionally, the actual condition did not match the photos shown online. We booked a room on the 10th floor, but we were given one on the 17th floor. Overall, the stay caused significant inconvenience to our trip and was a waste of money, as we had to cancel our stay without a refund in order to continue enjoying our trip.
