I stayed there with my best friend
The hotel is unbelievably amazing! The staff i absolutely the best!! And i visited a lot of places!! Seriously i want to come back to Crete just to go again to this hotel!

The staff were kind and the location is very central - however, it's definitely not a 5 stars hotel.
Pros:
1. Very good breakfast.
2. Very technlogical room.
Cons:
1. The toilet is in a closet - they built a glass closet to use as a toilet. There's no wall separation between the bath, toilet and the rest of the room - so you can hear everything.
2. Pool hours are very limited.
3. There's 1 elevator for the whole building.
4. The lobby is extremely minimal.
5. Many complimentary items were missing (they gave us only 1 robe, 1 loofah no floor towel etc.)
