Our stay at this hotel wasn't very pleasant. There were just too many issues throughout our stay. During check-in, we informed the reception that we were expecting a package from Hangzhou and that payment was required upon delivery. The staff agreed to help us pay first and we would reimburse them. However, the message wasn't passed on to the next shift, and the delivery guy was turned away the following day. Then, some of the bathroom tiles actually fell off while we were showering! What surprised us even more was that the staff didn't seem surprised at all when we reported it, almost as though this wasn't the first time it had happened. The hotel subsequently arranged for us to change rooms. Another incident was when the staff took our clothes out of the dryer and delivered them to the wrong room. Luckily, we bumped into the staff at the lift lobby. Otherwise, we wouldn't even know where to look for our clothes. The lift on the left was also out of service for a couple of days, and nobody seemed to be doing anything to fix it. On our last night, the room's aircon stopped working. When we approached the front desk for help, the staff simply said she didn't know and brushed us off by telling us to use the AI control system instead. That didn't solve the problem, and we eventually had to request a fan just to get through the night. To be fair, some of the staff did try to help when issues came up, but having so many problems during one stay was really frustrating. From poor communication to maintenance issues and the way certain situations were handled, it was just one problem after another. We've stayed in many hotels over the years, but never experienced one with so many issues. Really disappointing.

The Room is a good size. Amenities are provided. Bath and toilet doors cannot be locked. Room floors are not 100% cleaned properly during stays but the room looks clean. Slippers are provided so it helps. Best part, they have a robot to send your food delivery to your room.
