    Receptionist is super friendly, helpful and responsible,they r not just responsive on their work but treating every guest like friend, we r so happy to know them. Strongly recommend to stay here, u will sure be back again. Room: size fit enough for couples, clean, bed is soft but supportive. Voice control all d electrical. Quiet even at 1st flr. But the fridge mulfun tional (for both our rooms) Toilet: we book 2 rooms but unfortunately 1of it is having water flowing problem even we tried to facing at a corner while taking bath to avoid the water spread over. Water temp n pressure is good enough. Drinking water : unlimited supply, love it. Location: train station is just 4mins away, variety of foods everwhere. Superb

    Got to know this hotel thro social media but please don’t ever fall for this. I booked for 2 bigger rooms thro Agoda as we have 5 of us but when we checked in they told us that all the bigger rooms are all taken up and only left the smaller rooms and asked us whether wanted to upgrade but need to top up. We paid for bigger rooms and gave us the smaller rooms but to pay to top up for bigger rooms..what kind of nonsense is this and the same thing happened to a foreigner after we checked in. Due to this, they gave us the breakfast vouchers for compensation and some snacks when we check out. Btw the cleanliness of the rooms need to be improved and the laundry machine supposed to be auto dispenser for the liquid detergent but no detergent was being dispensed. The clothes just wash with water only. The fridge in all the rooms are not cold and was told by the staff that it supposed to be warm..hahaha this is my fist time of my life I was told that the fridge was supposed to be warm 😂. I will definitely won’t be coming back or recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
