    Very pleasant stay at Atour Hotel! From the moment I arrived until check-out, the staff were friendly, welcoming and very hospitable. I especially liked the lounge with complimentary beverages and popcorn, the choice of pillows, and even free supper — such thoughtful extras. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and I loved the modern bathroom with a smart toilet that automatically opens, flushes and closes. I was totally spoilt by it — especially after encountering quite a few squat toilets outside the hotel!🫩 The location is convenient, just a short walk from Lianhuacun Metro Station, making it easy to get around Shenzhen. There isn’t much shopping right beside the hotel, but it’s very easy to take the metro everywhere. There are also plenty of eateries just behind the hotel. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

    Excellent customer service!!! A special thanks to Duomaomao and the front desk team for assisting me with everything throughout my stay.Shoutout as well to the housekeeper assigned to the laundry service for always taking care of my needs and washing my clothes hehe. The place is very comfortable, and I truly had peace of mind during my stay.I highly recommend it

    I’m very impress with this hotel . They may not look like that have much but they took care of a lot of small stuff that other big hotels do not. Like e.g they provide toilet disposable covers. They’ve a self service laundry room which we can put our clothes to wash for free. We just need ti start the wash and write down our room number on the paper, the hotel have people who will help us to put them to dry and then bring the clothes to our room when it’s done. All complimentary service which we greatly appreciate when we are tired at night. I will boom Atour again next time I visit china. They also prepared supper for people who are hungry at night. What a pleasant surprise.
