I went with my sister for only a 2-day trip plan - we enjoyed our stay and I think it would be even better for long stays, considering if you choose or plan to enjoy spas or activities in the city anyway & want to come back to a relaxing apartment-like place with lots of space. The bed was very comfortable and conducive to good sleep somehow! The staff was nice and check in process efficient. Would definitely come back 😊

Location was too good for business man and staff at reception was too polite and good

If location is your priority, this place is quite convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food is never an issue. There are also two supermarkets within easy reach — Walmart is just a short walk away, and Hema is located directly below the serviced apartment. However, if cleanliness and room condition are important to you, this property may not meet your expectations. We stayed in Room 805. The online photos made the room look spacious, but it was actually quite small. Although there are two bathrooms, only one has a shower. The downstairs bathroom is toilet-only. The shower area also has a large step, making it awkward to use, and the shower space itself is rather cramped. The flooring had numerous cigarette burn marks. Housekeeping was thorough on the first day, but after that, they only emptied the rubbish bins and replenished the bottled water. Perhaps it was because we did not leave any tips, though I cannot confirm this. There were also several maintenance issues. The balcony door could not be closed properly, and the locks on both bathroom doors were faulty. We requested a room change, but the staff declined, saying it should not be a problem since we were a family. In reality, we were just a group of friends. The staff were still willing to assist with enquiries, but their attitude often seemed reluctant and unenthusiastic. One positive point is that you can have online purchases delivered to the apartment. I ordered items from Taobao during my stay. Parcels are placed on shelves near the reception entrance, and guests can simply collect them themselves.
