Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, especially because of the excellent staff service and convenient facilities. One of the more interesting features is the hotel’s robot delivery service. The robot can independently take the lift and deliver daily essentials directly to the room, which is both convenient and quite impressive. The surrounding area is also relatively quiet, with very little honking. The electric scooters and cars are generally quiet as well, so the environment is peaceful, especially for guests who prefer a quieter stay. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi is quite slow, and I also found that many websites were blocked, which can be inconvenient for work or general internet use. The room does not have a fridge or a safe box either. On the positive side, the hotel provides free drinks and has a co-working area on Level 1. The hotel food was somewhat disappointing. The dishes were generally quite salty and the variety was limited. I would also recommend coming earlier for meals, as the food may not be very warm if you arrive later. That said, the hotel staff deserve special mention for their excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. For example, when I could not locate a package, a staff member kindly helped me look for it. This level of attentiveness made the overall stay more comfortable. Overall, the hotel has some areas that could be improved, particularly the Wi-Fi, room amenities, and food. However, the quiet surroundings, convenient robot delivery service, and especially the helpful and attentive staff made the stay a positive experience.

Staff are nice, breakfast is good. But the standard room is too small for a couple with two medium size luggage’s and two carry on suitcases. Overall still recommend for travellers with light packages.
