    Location is very convenient, with metro access and close to Beijing Road pedestrian street. Breakfast restaurant is understaffed and food is not hot. You can get a free cup of americano daily. Everything else is great!

    It was a comfortable stay, room size is just right for a solo traveller. It’s a 10mins walkable distance to Beijing road, near but also away from the busy streets of Beijing Road which I appreciate. The only down side was that the room had a fuzzy smell, smelt like clothes that wasn’t dried properly.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the hotel. Initially, I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor, but the air conditioning was not functioning. I was then moved to a room on the 5th floor, only to find that there was no water supply. When the water eventually became available, it was only hot water, making it extremely difficult and uncomfortable for me to take a shower. Having to deal with multiple basic facility issues after changing rooms is completely unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience during my stay. I expected a much higher standard of service and basic room facilities from the hotel. I strongly urge the management to address these issues seriously and ensure that rooms are properly inspected and all essential facilities are functioning before guests are checked in.
