The localisation on the hill makes the perfect view for your stay, the meals you can have on the big balcony with the view, the pool and the relaxing music you can enjoy while at the property. The very responsive and helpful host. Definitely, the value we get for money is top.
The apartment could have more kitchen utensils for cooking and more than one cooking zone on the electric stove - those are minor things, but we are just a big family and we needed more time to cook our breakfast/dinner. we also missed electric kettle, but managed with microwave and electric stove + pot :)

Igor the host is a very special person. He attends to people as he would family. The property itself is in a wonderful setting. Igor helps with the long walk up the hill by transferring his guests from the meet point at the bottom. The view was stunning. The breakfast, which I usually skip, should not be missed. Many thanks to a wonderful human for creating peace and tranquility just up the road from the beach and within a fun 5km walk from Budva. Budva has so much to see and do, I could have stayed longer.
The mattress. And it is a traditional European shower, I personally didn't mind it.

If you want to go to the beach daily, you should be really trained. The accommodation is far from the beach and on the way back, there's a lot to go up.
