    The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a great size with living area and kitchenette plus separate bedroom. Our room was overlooking the pool towards the sea. The food especially breakfast was delicious with so many choices. The evening meal one night was an ala carte menu, some dishes could have done with a little improvement, but otherwise a great hotel, and we will definitely stay here again

    The Sands Hotel is in a great location, the hotel is on the beach with bars and restaurants close by. Loved the food and entertainment. We stayed in a duplex apartment overlooking the pool which was a great size. Staff friendly and helpful. The only issue is the reserving of sunbeds. Guests were up and reserving sunbeds at 7am in the morning. But overall had a great holiday and will definitely return to the Sands Hotel.

    The only thing this place has going for it would be the location.. But it's sister hotel mango bay is better located . The food here is awful. Last night I was served pasta and raw prawns. The coffee is the worst I've had and the service is lethargic to put it mildly. The wine they serve is cooking grade.

    The facilities at the hotel are quite dire only one restaurant which is outside couldn’t eat the food there because of flies constantly buzzing around and landing on the table and food No bar other than an open beach bar which served both the restaurant and outside beach tables No cover when it rains you literally have to go to your room The staff other than the odd one were ignorant and rude virtually looking through you if you needed any assistance On arrival reception was non existent being ushered into the corridor to complete on line reception There was never so much a smile from the bar staff who obviously resented the job they had to do The saving grace for this hotel is it location which is fabulous
