I stayed at this hotel for seven days, and I can’t emphasize enough how helpful and accommodating the staff were. They speak English well and truly understand your needs. Their hospitality is exceptional—they treat you with great respect, almost like royalty, which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to Revan at reception, who went above and beyond. One night, I needed to make an emergency call but was out of credit on my SIM card. He kindly went out and purchased credit for me—an incredibly thoughtful gesture.
The breakfast was good, though not a buffet. They serve it on a plate, typically including an omelet, butter, some special jam (which I couldn’t quite identify), and bread. They also offer regular coffee (but no espresso machine) and tea.
The rooms were clean, quiet, and warm, and I slept very well on the beds. If you book the largest suite, you may hear some noise from the street during the day, but it wasn’t a major issue.
The location is excellent. Right across the street, you’ll find a bar, a pharmacy, a print shop, and a bank for currency exchange. A Bravo supermarket is nearby for any essentials, and both McDonald’s and KFC are just a two-minute walk away. The metro station is also close, and there’s a scooter rental station within a three-minute walk. Starbucks is about an eight-minute walk from the hotel.
While the hotel doesn’t have a gym, there’s one next door that you can use.
One important thing to consider—especially for elderly guests—is that the hotel has many stairs. It wasn’t a problem for me, but if my mother had been with me, it would have been difficult for her to go up and down daily.
The reception is open 24 hours, and they accept both US dollars and Manat. There’s also a Rossmann store below the hotel. You’re very close to the sea, making it easy to take a walk along the waterfront. Additionally, there’s a Lamborghini dealership right in front of the hotel. You can also walk to 28 Mall in about 15 minutes.
Overall, the location is great, and I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel hospitality was great. The staff was pleasant but it’s an old house converted to hotel.
No room heater in the beam given the cold wether in Baku during winter
