    Adnin is good and supportive staff over there. Even he knows English which is helpful.

    1.When we reached there, there is no one to assist with our luggage, reception area or receiving area is confusing, we need to go around, up and down to find it. 2. The AC not working 3. Cleaning service should be done everyday but they didnt do 4. Dirty mattresses and towels, we found hairs. I believe it was an old one. If we didnt ask for a new one, they will not give. 5. Breakfast is not good. It's almost the same everyday, doesnt make us full. 6. No kettle, no cups or glasses and utensils. We need to ask all the time. 7. The pictures shown here are far from reality. I understand this is an old style hotel, but still they need to do cleaning. A proper one

    Maybe different in summer, but winter was cold. The balcony door latch was not properly adjusted so wind blew through and created a blast under the room door. With heat on max all night, it was still cold in room. Breakfast was sparse, but passable. The restaurant started blasting music around 9 am. I would not recommend.
