Stay for just one evening for our daughter’s graduation. It is a very convenient location. Get to UB. Very reasonably priced. Everything you need for a short stay. The only suggestion s are to have basic directions on how to work fans , tv, and the upstairs bedroom has uncomfortable bed. Also. The beds are fulls, not queens. Lovely kitchen and living room.

The upstairs bed were EXREMELY uncomfortable. Sleeping on concrete would be more comfortable. The TVs have no local TV and as a Sabres fans, I couldn't watch the games. Extremely disappointing.
