Modern, brand-new apartment with an ocean view. Located in a quiet and exclusive neighborhood, this cozy retreat is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful city of Santa Marta.
Whether you’re here to work, enjoy the ocean, or explore the area’s best restaurants, this is the perfect place for you. We’re located a 5-minute walk from Salguero Beach, a 10-minute walk from El Rodadero and the Arrecife shopping center, and a 15-minute taxi ride from downtown Santa Marta.
The space
Enjoy this beautiful space, which features two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and three air conditioners—one in each bedroom and another in the living room. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, two Smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube, and cable, and a comfortable sofa bed.
The third bed is a pull-out bed located under the second bedroom, or it could also be the sofa—it’s comfortable, spacious, and airy. Everything can be arranged however our guests prefer.
We have covered parking for one vehicle and an additional spot outside the complex.
Guest Access
The entire apartment, the pool, the tennis court, the game room, and the playgrounds are available to you.
Other Highlights
According to complex rules, every guest over the age of 9 must pay for an access wristband costing $20.000 pesos or $5 USD upon arrival. This payment must be made by credit card only. (This fee is not included in the nightly rate, and guests are required to wear the wristband at all times while on the premises.)
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, including on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
