1500 sq ft of space just for you. 2 queen beds, a modular sofa for you and your group to comfortably sleep. All new furniture & clean and comfy linens.

Fully equipped kitchen and a huge dining room. Patio to enjoy watching the starts or reading a book!

NOTE: Lower unit is separate and also on short-term rental (you will note locked door from both side - so no shared areas with lower unit guests). Master ensuite stays locked and may be requested for additional $110/night if your group is larger than 4 guests. Other locked areas in home include cleaners’ closets.

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful during a hard time for our family. The house was decorated nicely and had all the items we needed to make our stay smooth and like home away from home. Would love to stay again if we are back in the area.Great kitchen set up. Comforable beds and living room area. All very clean

This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint! The host is a pleasure to deal with, and the property is modern, clean and close to the Guelph University. I highly recommend this property.
