4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home on Corner Lot with Lots of Grass & River Views!
This is an incredible home located in Crescent Bar in the Crescent Bay Resort gated community. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax for one or two families. There is a gorgeous swimming pool, hot tub and kiddie pool. Pool area has covered cabana area and ping pong!
The Master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bath with large shower and a large sliding door to balcony with beautiful river views. There is a 2nd bedroom with king size bed and slider access to balcony, the 3rd guest bedroom had a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom has twin bunk beds (suitable for children only). There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and bathroom with shower on main level.
The community grants access to the pool and hot tub area, the kids park, and the tennis courts.
*Please note there is no pets allowed and all HOA rules must be followed, including all vehicles must be in the driveway. The driveway can accomodate 3 vehicles OR 2 vehicles and 1 boat.

I felt like this was the nicest house in the neighborhood as far as location. Right across from pickleball courts, a green space on one side, close to pool, but not too close. Peek a boo view of river. Such a well stocked home with very high quality kitchen. Comfortable beds and floor plan. Only one ensuite bathroom, the other 3 shared one bath upstairs and there was a 3/4 downstairs too. A little dog hair was found on the floor but other than that very clean. Thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. They said this tops the list so far as a perfect place to stay!
