The community features a heated pool with large pool deck, hot tub and multiple grills all situated on the beach. This spacious condo features expansive oceanfront views from the living room, kitchen and primary bedroom and offers beach essentials plus two budling elevators making your beach vacation a breeze! Spend your days steps away from beautiful powder sand and emerald water or dip your toes in the heated pool. Unwind for the evening on your private balcony overlooking the famous cotton candy sunsets and head to the hot tub to end your evening. Here, you can experience a peaceful retreat with the convenience of being close to popular restaurants and activities.

Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 7 - accessible by 7 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 7 above parking garage.

The room and location were fantastic, but the double and twin bed mattresses need replaced. They were awful.

Condo and host were wonderful. The condo was clean, it had everything we needed for our stay. The views were breathtaking, the pool and hot tub were clean and we were always able to find a place to sit. The outdoor bathrooms by the pool were convenient. We kept our beach chairs and toys in the car trunk each day so that we didn’t have to bring them up to the room since it was too many stairs to carry it on. Only one out of the 2 elevators worked but it all worked out fine. Beach was clean and you can walk far in either direction. Restaurant across the street was convenient and a short drive away has an ice cream shop with over 100 flavors. We saw dolphins most days. Kids and adults had fun. Host continued to be so helpful even after our stay when I accidentally had some Amazon orders shipped to the condo and they graciously returned them for me.

Overall very good! Disappointed that pool & hot tub not heated. Designated parking spot tight for Ford truck so we relied on guest parking availability. Elevators dirty. Security lax. Anyone can access elevator without using code.
