In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.

Great place to stay. Lots of room for all of us to have our own room. Air conditioning worked great. They could use more utensils. Walking distance to most sights. We really enjoyed our time here.

The neighborhood was great. We enjoyed the location. The problem was the apartment itself. There was no way to control the temperature in the apartment aside from opening windows. Several shades on the windows were broken prior to our arrival. We asked for them to be fixed but were told there was nothing we could do about them. The a/c unit was loud and did not work. The door to the downstairs toilet was broken upon arrival. The maintenance person did come and fix it. The futon did not have appropriate cushioning for the conversion to a bed so we had to improvise (taking pillows from elsewhere) so one of our children could sleep. The washing machine did not wash/dry properly. After going round and round with the property manager, we took our clothing to a laundromat. The place could be really exceptional if they fixed the problems. The issues weren’t small; it was all functionality problems.
