About this apartment rental
Enjoy your vacation in this spectacular apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It is ideal for groups or family.
It has a beautiful view from the 6th floor of the largest pool you will ever see, beautiful and always blue. It has an elevator.
The condominium has 1 large pool (lagoon) + 6 surrounding pools, 24-hour security, children's games in the garden, and is close to restaurants, a gas station, a convenience store, and a supermarket.
The layout of the apartment:
Room 1: King bed
Room 2: Two single beds
Living room: sofa bed
To enter the largest pool (La Laguna) it is necessary to use a life jacket (you must bring your own). However, the condominium has 6 more pools that can be accessed without a vest.
The condominium is very big and the city too, we highly recommend renting a car to stay here, however you can also use taxi services.
*Parties and noise are not allowed after 10 pm.
*We inform you that the washing machine is not available at the moment. We are working to repair it as soon as possible! We appreciate your understanding.
❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. No parties or noise are allowed between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. I don't know, food and drinks are allowed in glass containers in the pool area.
❌. The pool cannot be used in casual clothing. Pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a bathing suit is mandatory.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows or balconies.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not exceed the speed limit of 30 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌. Do not use ❄️ air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✔️. Take care of the water in the shower and toilet.
✔️. Respect security personnel and neighbors.
✔️. The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
For each rule that is not complied with, a penalty of $50 US will be charged, for the 1st rule not complied with, $60 US for the 2nd, 70 US for the 3rd and so on.

It is necessary that each guest wear the bracelets, which you will find in the room. During your stay in the condo.
Replacement for loss of key, bracelet, access card or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
