Ideally located in the Crozats neighborhood, quiet and close to shops, restaurants & the station center.
This apartment, completely renovated, located on the 5th floor of the Alpage 2 residence, is composed as follows:
- A large entrance with storage and a shoe dryer so you can leave to go skiing with warm feet every morning.
- A large fully equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, washing machine (washer/dryer) and Nespresso coffee machine.
- A large living room space - TV / dining room where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Arare and the village of Avoriaz.
- From the living room you access a first suite with a double bed (140x190cm), private bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the right wing of the apartment you will find:
- A room equipped with 2 bunk beds (2 children's beds 190cm long).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- A double room (160 bed) with access to the balcony and view of Mount Arare.
- A master bedroom with a Queen size bed (160cm) and its exceptional private bathroom (very large bathtub, vanity sink and toilet).
The apartment has a very large wraparound balcony that you can access from the living room, the double bedroom, and the master bedroom.
- With the apartment you also have access to a ski storage room on the ground floor of the residence.
You will have access to 100% of the apartment and the ski storage.
We are present at the station and available at any time if needed
In the heart of the Crozats district, you will be just a few steps from the hyper center of Avoriaz thanks to the public escalators!!
All shops, restaurants and supermarkets approximately 300m away.
Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can get around on foot, by ski, or by using the internal carriage system in Avoriaz.

They accommodation is amazing at La Reserve, very clean and perfectly located in Crozats. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The service with Immodreams was amazing, allowing earlier check-in. and hassle free process. Can't fault them!
Although there are technically 4x bedrooms, I'd say it would be a tighter stay with 6x adults. This place is best for 2x couples with kids.
