Our 3/2, Florida home has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Sunny Palm Beach Gardens, FL!
Just minutes from the Gardens Mall, many restaurants and beach, you'll be centrally located for a trip that offers value and convenience. When you're not out exploring, enjoy our pool and catch the sun in the privacy of your own backyard!
The Space:
Inside:
The sizable master suite features a spacious walk-in closet, an elegant dual vanity private bathroom, 1 King bed and a trundle w/ 2 twins. 2 additional guest rooms feature a Queen bed in one room and a Bunk bed in the other. A fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze while the bonus foosball table adds entertainment for all!
Outside:
Step outside into our tropical paradise with a large quartz finished pool. The covered patio makes entertaining easy or sit out by the firepit when the night rolls in. A bbq grill is yours to enjoy while the family plays in the pool and catches some sun!
**POOL IS UNHEATED**
Heading out? We are located just minutes from South Florida's pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and vibrant shopping centers.
Guest Access:
The entire home is available to our guests. Self check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before your stay.
Getting Around:
We highly recommend having a car but we are very close to so much without having to drive far!
Other Things to Note:
The bunkbed in the 3rd bedroom is a single over full size setup.
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Please treat our home with respect. We value being good neighbors and will not tolerate parties or excessive noise. Complaints of parties or noise violations will result in a forfeit of your reservation with no refund,
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $250. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
**We have one actively recording camera overlooking the backyard and pool area which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the home.**

The house is just as described online. There were 8 of us staying in the house and we had more than enough room to be comfortable. Pool was fantastic and we used it everyday of our stay. We had a problem with the air conditioning it stopped working day 2 of our stay. Contacted the owner and within an hour he had someone contacted and scheduled to fix the issue the next morning. He even offered to Uber fans to us to get through the night!! Both the home and communication with the owner were above bar, would definitely recommend and would stay here again if back in the area! Thanks we needed the relaxation

We had a great time and it worked out well for our family. There were plenty of rooms but being in a new space my kids wanted to sleep with us so it was nice they had their own bed in the same room!

When we arrived, everything seemed great!! At a closer look, there were ants all over the place, the hot tub didn’t work, there weren’t many detergent pods to do laundry or dish washer pods, etc. the host was very nice and did reimburse us for the hot tub not working, but that was a main amenity as to why we wanted to stay in this home. Location was awesome because we were within 15 minutes of multiple beaches and sites to see.
