- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, mixed gas/electric hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, food processor, Sodastream, plancha, raclette set.
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, WC, sink, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning kit.
INTERIOR Level 2 (upstairs):
- Access via fir staircase to a landing with two "treasure chests" for children with costumes and toys.
- Three bedrooms with desks: two with two single beds (90x190) that can be joined as doubles (180x190) on request; one master bedroom with a 140x200 bed.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
La Scierie de la Grande Ourse family chalet comprises 2 apartments offering 180° panoramic views of Mont Emy, the Aiguilles d'Arves and the Etendard glacier.
The accommodation is located 400 m from the ski slopes and 600 m from the Col du Mollard lake, in a charming village in the Maurienne region. Albiez Montrond is at an altitude of 1630 m, and is a regular stopover for the Tour de France.
The apartments have a passageway and a terrace adjoining the accommodation, allowing you to eat outside, enjoy your meals on the barbecue and contemplate the 180° unobstructed panorama. Outdoor (or covered on request) parking spaces are available during your stay.
Access to the garden is ideal for relaxing or playing with the family.
