Centrally located between the restaurants and music venues of North Simi Valley and the upscale area of Westlake Village. Only a couple of miles from downtown Thousand Oaks malls with dining / entertainment. Within a 20-mile drive of Ventura County beaches and Harbors. A similar distance South to Malibu beaches and trendy hang outs. WIFI included.

We had an excellent stay and would gladly recommend this property. We booked it to host four professional musicians visiting from out of country for my daughter's dance recital, and it worked out perfectly. The home was clean, comfortable, quiet, and exactly as described. It provided a relaxing place for our guests to unwind after long rehearsal days.The host was responsive and helpful. We received clear check-in instructions well in advance, everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and communication was easy whenever we needed it. The location was convenient for us, and the overall experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Easy check-in/check out. Clean home and conveniently located. Comfortable all around.

Location was good for us. A bit noise from the traffic on Lynn Rd. House is a bit old and needs a little TLC. Screens were sun rotted. Unable to open windows.
