About this house rental
Located in Houston, this lovely house boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. Each room comes equipped with a smart TV and entertainment options: Netflix, Peacock, Apple TV, and much more. House offers 2 full bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, to help our guests feel right at home. There is also a half bath / powder room for your guests to ensure privacy. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as AC/heating, WiFi throughout the home, washing machine and dryer, iron, and Nespresso machine.
Getting around is easy. This property is nestled in South Union, a peaceful developing neighborhood going through gentrification that is only a short 5 minutes drive from NRG Stadium, 8 minutes drive from Texas Medical Center, and 15 minutes drive from Hobby Airport (HOU). It offers lots of fast food options within a 2-mile radius and sit down restaurants within a 5-mile radius.
Hosting a few friends over, please be sure to inquire before booking. We are a small gathering friendly property; however, events must be pre-approved and is subject to an event fee. The property can comfortably sleep 6 overnight guests and has a maximum guest count of 15 at any point. Additionally, this is a no-smoking property and smoking inside the house will attract a deodorization fee.
Driving a Tesla? No problem, we have a Tesla charger installed and included with your stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Houston and our house has to offer.

Host was very accommodating. It’s not located in the best neighborhood but the house is nice and not far from the NRG stadium. Clean property.

Home was great. Nice clean, comfortable Beds. Ease of Location. Area surrounding Home was iffy. They are building Nice town homes all around. We had zero problems, for the week. Thank you for allowing Us to stay, it was great addition to Our Trip.
