The long awaited El Surf Residences at La Lancha inside the Punta Mita Gates have finally arrived! We’re now renting for 2025!
Steps away from the best surf beach in Punta Mita! Grab your board and get right out there in the morning without having to take a long ride in your golf cart — you’re ready to go!
This is our third rental property inside the Punta Mita gates and you won’t want to miss it! Let alone the amazing beach location, it’s huge — 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus a powder room. In addition, there's a bonus bunkbed room with it's own ensuite bathroom! Different than all other condos in Punta Mita, there's a separate TV room in addition to the main living room. The views are expansive and tropical throughout with floor to ceiling sliding windows to bring the outside in! This corner unit is particularly special given it has the closest beach club access of any and has amazing wide angle views! The light is awesome from sunrise to sunset! Relax on the large terraces with your favorite drink in hand while you look out to the famous Marietta Islands!
As with all of our properties, we include the services of a full-time housekeeper/ chef who is happy to cook you both breakfast and lunch, should you so choose! We also include a 6-person golf cart and the all-important Premier Membership that affords you to be able to access the beach clubs, tennis, golf and fitness facilities!
