Enjoy your stay at this centrally located, modern 3 story Brownstone. Nestled within a small, gated community you are steps from the community pool & Jacuzzi (not heated) and shaded grassy area. Just minutes to the I17 freeway, with easy access to downtown. The home features 3 bedrooms, each with on-suite bathroom. The 2nd floor kitchen opens to the great room and powder room. You will enjoy a two-car garage, 2nd floor balcony, and private rooftop deck with beautiful views of the valley.

This home was perfect for our short friends getaway. Everyone got their own en-suite, which is such an added benefit. The pool was never occupied when we wanted to use it, and although the roof area is small it is perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning to catch the sunrise. Marcia was very communicative and responsive. There was a miscommunication with the check-in time (site listed 3pm, but she messaged me stating it was 4pm). I wasn’t receiving her messages for some reason, and she was so kind and accommodating when I called for assistance.

Loved staying here! Close to baseball and restaurants but didn’t feel like we were downtown.House was very clean and the host was very accommodating

The place was amazing! Clean and super spacious. Awesome place to hang out with friends and family. We enjoyed our stay.
