Welcome to this thoughtfully decorated basement studio space that lives on a quiet neighborhood. While this cozy place is equipped with comfort, entertainment (e.g. board games, streaming video/cable device), and culinary tools, its location makes it easy to get around. You are only:
-5 min walking distance to the Prudential Ctr Arena
-7 min drive to Newark Intl Airport
-10 min walking distance to Newark Symphony Halls
-30 min walk with train ride to Penn St NYC
-And so much more!
Every aspect of this studio has been artfully designed to bring luxury and life to this remodeled cozy studio space.
While this studio is equipped to host 2 people, we think the perfect size is 3.
We take great care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations
Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, that's just the memory foam mattress on that full sized bed.
The leather couch can be pulled out for that 3rd person.
Basic cooking ingredients and culinary tools (including nonstick cookware) included.
Sure, drinking bottled water is a decent way to save money while maintaining hydration, but why not save money by using our installed Reverse Osmosis system that provides delicious, purified drinking water that bottled, and even commercial filter pitchers, cannot provide.
You have access to the basement studio with its own private entrance
While I am unavailable in person, I am just a short phone call away.
Charming quiet neighborhood that is only WALKING distance to a myriad of American and ethnic restaurants, including:

Thai
Portuguese (e.g. well renowned Don Pepe)

Please remember to list the number of guests on the Airbnb platform as the number of guests will be verified at the door with a ring camera according to the number of guests you listed on your reservation.

You can tell a lot of care went into this studio to ensure it was a great place to stay. All the little things really add up. Can't recommend it enough if you have an event near the Prudential Center

I Had difficulty with TV, first no volume then no TV for length of stay; Requested stay dates was botched up and only fixed at the last minute. Attempt to reach VRBO was fruitless as I could not reach someone without the credit card I paíd with, which should have been in my payment account but was not. Justin finally told me the last 4 of the card I paid with which was not even in my possession for this trip. The apartment was a basement apartment and much smaller than advertised, no parking, the gate mentioned only lead to the back where the unit was.On the positive side, unit was clean with the necessary amenities for a stay away from home besides the TV problem.Justin said he could not help with the stay issue but ultimately did when I was freaking out. I had a lot of stress with this stay and would never stay there again!Overall I will give this place a solid C grade.
