Only metres from the beautiful Scarborough Beach on the Sunset Coast, this fully equipped self-catering apartment over looks the resort pool. Vibrant Scarborough beach front nightlife and restaurants are on your door step.
Enjoy the outdoor free gym by the beach, a paid gym at REVO, bowling at Lookout Bar, a movie theatre just 5km away, and a nearby EV charger.
This apartment is located within West Beach Lagoon complex. There is a designated BBQ area and pool with popular slide for all ages at the complex. Parking is assigned by the apartment number and requires only parking in that marked spot (information to be provided). The apartment is located on the first floor (stair access only) and can be accessed passing through the patio/bbq area. Look for signs with apt numbering on stairs.
The apartment has a key safe box with keys. Your access code will come with your check in instructions. Please look after keys as $120 replacement cost.
Please NOTE: during July and August the pool and bbq area will undergo maintenance programs and may not be available for use.

Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's most popular beaches. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming, and surf. Experience the magic of the kite surfers and feel safe in summer with our Surf Life Savers on the beat. The foreshore is best in Perth, bike and walking paths, multiple play areas for the kids, beach space always available and you are staying no more than 50 meters from the beach, restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is one of the best stops in Australia!
Only a 25-50m walking to Scarborough or Brighton beach, only a 5-minute drive to Trigg Beach or bike or rent an E-scooter, just 15 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD, 30 minutes Fremantle and 35 to Perth Airport. Hillary's Boat Harbour, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach only 10 minutes away. West Coast Highway is a major roadway to get connected to all of what the area and Perth has to offer. Bus stops are located only minutes’ walk from the resort on West Coast Highway take 5 min bus ride on 990 Bus Transperth to travel down Scarborough Beach Road or highway to Karrinyup & Innaloo shopping centres & lots more restaurants.
