About this house rental
Home away from home! Freshly painted, mostly new furniture, large fenced back yard with patio.
Single story building (2 units). This unit includes 2 bedrooms with closets and queen size beds including furniture with mirrors. Large living room with reclining sofa and rocker recliner, roku tv and wifi. The eat in kitchen is fully stocked, has table/chairs and patio doors to patio and fenced backyard. Full bathroom with tub and shower, all linens are included. There is a full, unfinished basement with laundry machines. The attached garage parks one car, and there is parking off street for one additional vehicle.
You will have access to this one 2 bedroom unit and garage as described.
This area is mostly residential, many rental housing units as well as single family. There is some industry you will see when driving into the area.
Interstate 41 is easily accessed within a minute or two. Downtown Neenah, Menasha and the Appleton area are minutes away, and Oshkosh is about 15 minutes.
There is a 1 car attached garage with parking for 1 additional vehicle in the driveway.
We do require a signed lease agreement. In addition, pets require a $100 non-refundable deposit for a stay of 30 days-stays over 30 days require a $250 non-refundable pet deposit.
*We do screen for credit, criminal background and verify income. Cost of screening is responsibility of the guest, through an outside website.
