The particularly child-friendly Haus Fellner has five lovingly furnished holiday apartments and can accommodate up to 22 people. The house was carefully renovated in 2021 and with great attention to detail. At the end of 2025, the main kitchen and the parlour were also extensively renovated again.
EQUIPMENT:
The newly designed main kitchen and the parlour of the Hilda apartment on the first floor form the cosy heart of the house. The open-plan common area offers plenty of space for shared meals and convivial hours with a large dining table and numerous seating. The modern fireplace and the adjoining cosy corner create a particularly cosy atmosphere.
The total living space of the house is approx. 202 m². In addition, the spacious wooden terrace offers plenty of space to relax and be together on around 100 m².
A modern dining area with two large tables invites you to eat together and barbecue outdoors. On the two lounge sofas and the deck chairs, you can enjoy the evening sun to the fullest. An absolute highlight is the Finnish sauna in the garden with a view of the mountains and the village of Brand. It is available to our guests free of charge.
The ski cellar with heated ski boot warmer for up to 15 pairs of ski boots and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer can also be used by guests free of charge. In addition, up to five parking spaces are included in the holiday home.
LOCATION:
With its unobstructed panoramic mountain view as well as the adjacent meadows and forests, the house is a real holiday idyll. The spacious, southeast- and southwest-facing wooden terrace with an area of about 100 m² invites you to enjoy the sun's rays of the Brandnertal to the fullest.

Four-legged family members are also welcome for an additional fee of € 15.00 per night and dog.

The house has around 202 m² of living space as well as a wooden terrace of about 100 m² with dining area, barbecue facilities, lounge sofas and deck chairs. A special highlight is the Finnish garden sauna, which can be used free of charge, with a view of the mountains and the village of Brand.
Also available free of charge are a ski cellar with heated ski boot warmer for up to 15 pairs of boots, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and up to five parking spaces.
PGJyPgCosts on site: Your four-legged friend is very welcome. We take the liberty of charging € 15.00 per dog/cat per night.
Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 00:00 and departure from 00:00 to 10:00.
