The road to the house is paved. It takes us 20 minutes to get to the town center and 30 minutes to get to the street market. There's a small supermarket nearby, and we're close to the Municipal Mountain Park. The condominium also has a restaurant that's open on weekends (reservations required), including breakfast.

The municipal park features trails, beautiful recreational facilities, including picnic areas, an orchid garden, and plenty of nature... and the best part is that admission is free.

The condominium itself boasts infrastructure including a soccer field, volleyball court, lake access, a children's playground, and more. It's surrounded by nature, a place of renewal and comfort.

Housekeeper (optional): R$ 160.00 (one hundred and sixty reais)/day, with a minimum of 2 days. If you are interested in having someone responsible for cleaning, organizing, and preparing your breakfast (service only), we have this service for you.
