★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★

☀ No smoking (There is a $1,000 fee for smoking on the premises.)

☀ Please remove your shoes when walking on carpeted areas

☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book

☀ Please report any damages that occur during the stay

☀ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late

check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation

booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in

advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.

☀ Respect quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM)

☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings

☀ No unregistered guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the

property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests

will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest

may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

☀ If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We

aim to prevent any misunderstandings.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs during your stay! To help keep our home

clean and comfortable for everyone, please note:

☀ Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per dog per

stay. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside

from dogs at our property.

☀ We only allow Dogs. No other types of pets are allowed (due to allergies)

☀ Keep dogs off furniture and beds

☀ Use the provided dog towels to wipe paws when coming inside

☀ Do not leave dogs home alone

☀ Always pick up after your dog — waste bags are provided
